Joey O’Neill is a civil litigation and employment paralegal with our firm. She graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice in 2021. Joey was a co-captain on the university’s mock trial team and also served as the president of the Criminal Justice Student Association.
She earned the university’s Undergraduate Criminal Justice Student of the Year Award and was also honored as one of the university’s Student Organization Leader of the year in 2021.
Joey will (eventually) pursue law school to fulfill her life goal of becoming an attorney. As a paralegal, she loves to dig deep into the discovery process and analyze evidence to further assist attorneys with case strategy.
In her free time, Joey goes to Target and spends too much money when she is bored. She also has to pet every single dog she sees (with or without the owner’s permission). She enjoys traveling, spending time with her friends and family (hi dad!) and doing absolutely nothing. The frigid Midwest winters don’t phase her. She’s been an avid snowboarder since she was six. Yikes.
