We practice law with a sense of conviction and integrity. We believe the law should always be used as a tool for good.
Emil OvbiageleManaging Partner

Emil is the founder of OVB Law & Consulting, S.C. He represents clients in civil litigation and employment law matters, and counsels closely held businesses. Emil combines pragmatism, charisma, and astute relentlessness in delivering consistent results and sound advice for clients.

When asked why he became a lawyer, Emil answered: “To be the eye of the storm for my clients and to help them safely ride the waves of progress.”   He is unflappable and dogged.

As a civil litigator and employment attorney, Emil is the legal gladiator you want in your corner when winning and defining your victory matters.

As counsel to businesses and entrepreneurs, his knack for presenting out-of-the box solutions and clear counsel is unmatched (maybe only by his exquisite sense of fashion).

In addition to his law practice, Emil serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Marquette University Law School and leads several professional and civic boards. We still don’t know where he finds the time. We’ve concluded he has an extended (maybe malfunctioning) clock.

But that’s just half the story. When the world goes to sleep, you can catch him binge-listening and trying to lip sync every Hamilton soundtrack (Thanks Lin-Manuel Miranda!), pretending to be a poet, or lamenting about his on-and-off-again favorite soccer team Arsenal FC.
