Kate Goodhart, JDAttorney
Kate’s intellectual journey originates in the academic halls of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she dove headfirst into the worlds of Political Science and Arabic. Her path led her to garner a profound understanding of political structures and fluency in Arabic.
After obtaining her Bachelor of Arts degree, Kate’s compass pointed her towards Marquette University, where she pursued her Juris Doctor degree. She emerged from the trenches, degree in hand, and a fierce legal warrior ready to make her mark.
In the legal arena, Kate operates with the precision of a Swiss watch and the determination of a marathon runner. Utilizing her finely-honed analytical and research skills, she provides indispensable support to the seasoned gladiators at OVB Law & Consulting, S.C. Her aim is always to provide sound counsel to clients through clear counsel and pragmatic approaches.
When she steps out of her armor, Kate is deeply engaged in community service, generously donating her time and skills to those in need.
Off the battlefield, she enjoys the companionship of her quirky entourage – two dogs and a cat, two of whom are endearingly named after her favorite delicacy – cheese. She annually embarks on a pilgrimage to the Western mountains, skiing poles in hand, and has recently taken a swing at the gentleman’s game, golf, teeing off to new challenges.
And did we mention she also knows how to do an Irish jig? Yes, that’s right. When she’s not counseling clients or chasing after her cheese-named pets, she’s likely to be found skillfully stepping out an Irish dance routine. Careful, she’s not scared of diplomatically stepping on toes with a smile if it furthers the best interest of her clients. Don’t let the rhythmic footwork fool you, though – she can pivot from a slip jig to a legal strategy in the blink of an eye!
Through her practice of law, community service, adventures in skiing and golfing, love for her pets, and, of course, those unique Irish dance moves, Kate paints a vivid picture of passion, dedication, and an unwavering zest for life’s varied experiences.
