Samantha Huddleston Baker is a Partner at OVB Law & Consulting, S.C. She uses her ingenuity and a super-charged work-ethic helping her clients with business law, real estate, administrative compliance, and intellectual property matters.
When it comes to counseling clients on business matters and real estate deals, her steady hand and knack for getting the job done is world class. She’s drafted and negotiated hundreds of contracts and deals. From multi-million-dollar acquisition deals to counseling closely-held businesses, Samantha is that legal breath of fresh air clients yearn for when it comes to effectively simplifying legal jargon.
Samantha remains the only member of the firm bold enough to go snorkeling in deep pacific waters, without a life jacket, after downing some Mai Tais (she said she read the liability waivers prior, and concluded they were unenforceable). We’ve decided to chuck it up to her irresistible enthusiasm for life.
But beyond her risky open water adventures, true excitement for simplifying dense contracts, and love for a good craft beer, she dedicates part of her time to helping underrepresented individuals at several local legal clinics and sits on several legal professional boards.
